I worked there in the last year and was treated terribly as an employee by the managers. I say this not out of animosity, I liked the other employees, but most don't stay long. I have a medical condition and told the manager that it is something I can not help, which is a condition protected under the ADA. They kept asking me why I was having issues and I had to keep telling them the medical issue I was having. If you don't have any medical problems you may be fine, but the employees would always tell me why they hated working there. The job does pay well if you can handle a bad working environment. There are some good managers but, the manager in charge of the gift shop does lack good personal skills and usually is demoralizing to almost all of the employees. Again, I'm not putting this up to be mean to the Gift Shop, I'm just giving people who are interested in working here a heads up on what it was like when I work there.
