garbage of a company. to pay online , they charge you $1.95. To pay at the First Hawaiin Bank $1. They got my zip code wrong and only realized it now when i had to make a payment online and kept getting error about my account zip code was invalid.
Where are their stores located besides the Bishop street office? I can't even find a closet store to pay in person. Avoid this company if you can.
