This Metro Clinic truly sucks. Seems like no one cares or seem to know what is going on. Not sure if it's the culture or the system at fault. Waits are very long. It have been 3 hour wait to get the physical and the shots last week with appointment and have been sitting for 2+ hours to get someone to look at my son's school shoots. Which would take a few minutes anywhere else. Metro is supposed to be a better and less expensive alternative to Cliveland Clinic or UH but in practice it can't even keep up with a local Urgent Care. I can only imagine how long it would take if there would be no integration with MyChart. These are fabulous and very consistent first experiences at Metro so if you decide to choose this place expect delays and aggravation.
