Neatly helped, but I had to wait 4 weeks before I could go. Making an appointment online was fairly easy.
I was there with 2 children and was soon asked if they could take it easy, just starting to tell them that their ID card had expired . They made no noise and there was 1 other family inside.
Hope that things go more smoothly after the corona measures.
