I prefer talking to live people and not chatbots when doing business. I tried calling this business to cancel a service appointment because of a more pressing matter. I asked to talk to a person and the response was a pop up that requested my information and WOULD NOT let me continue until all fields were filled in. I'm not volunteering my information to be harassed later and if I spoke to a person they would've found my info! $4000 plus they won't see!
