They advertise 24/7 support on their website yet they only claim to answer the phone Mon-Fri 8-5. Sadly they do not even manage this. I've been calling multiple times and no one answers. The internet has been down 12 hours and I'm paying $63/month for the privilege. I've just had to buy a gigabyte from AT&T to get online. Anyone who provides a 24/7 service should be available 24/7 to service it.
