I usually do not take an individuals attitude as an attribute of how a company operates, but the longer I deal with this company the more it becomes apparent that the attitude is sought after by Phoenix American aka Wynn"s Plus. Nothing but hostility, arrogance, ineptitude and pure sleaze. There was not one person able to think. They lie with ease, and apologize even easier, only to lie again. If i had the means I would take this further. This company is seriously a joke.
