When i first walked into this dealership i was approached by a salesman who was eager to push options onto me and get me to trade my Lexus in for something they had at the dealership and i did no like his approach. But then Kyle sims approached us as he saw that i was not having a good experience so far and helped me with patience and kindness and allowed me to browse the various models they had available in the showroom. He was very knowledgeable and respectful and took great care of me! It was after i had mentioned potentially trading my Lexus that he was able to give me a quote on how much i could get for my car when trading it in! i will definitely be coming back in the near future when I am completely ready to upgrade to a new Cadillac!
