Customer service at this restaurant was incredible...

Customer service at this restaurant was incredible. The waitress and other staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, that was the only positive. Food was horrible. Brisket was so tough and lacked any flavor. The ribs were also pretty tough. Chicken was dry. There is only one BBQ sauce. It was ok, but not your typical sauce. It would have been better with normal BBQ sauce. Food is microwaved. Dinner bread, on the menu, ended up just being a hot dog bun. One plate had the top bun and the other plate had the bottom bun.
