I asked for a refund in the end, and when I tried to use the voucher (to buy again from them ...), take it from where it is ... :) On the phone, a certain Marius explained to me "that" the voucher was applicable only if I accept to get repaired, do not return. Update: Following the review sent me the company's mail! The mail consists of a screenshot to my review and the text: "ms, Mihai". Yeah, that's it. Do you still know the fake cake stories from the University of the 90s? They had better customer care than evomag.
