This property management company has very poor customer care!!! I wish I can fire them and hire other pros that does jobs more diligently, friendly, and without mistakes. This is not the first home that I lived in with an association. I agree with other reviewer regarding charging late charges one after another trying to collect small fees. I finally got fed up and filed for auto debit and they went quiet. Their math is weird. Like if you are late 1 month and don't pay off late fees they will call it late again.. so your late charge accrues like credit cart interest....
After I moved into the community, it's gated, they demanded that I do landscapes by certain date. Our community is not even half filled, sold... the other half is still dirt...who the hell does landscape during rain.. its been raining past month and more on the way...all of sudden they send me hearing notice to appear during board meeting. I filled out paperwork and sent in why I couldn't make it and in 4 days later they charge $50 saying I am in violation....and continue to charge fees until I get the landscape done.... I am little confused as why they would make home owner, me, feel so furious and ticked off.. I hope this memo finds lot of home owners and I recommend being very cautious when conducting business with them.. because they really don't care..
p.s..this is my first online complaint ever!!!! I usually don't complain...
