I had a group reservation (5 rooms) for 2 nights at the hotel, all the reservation details have been agreed three months in advance with a hotel representative, responsible for carrying the reservation through. Unfortunately this did not protect us from the overall mess present contstantly at the hotel: despite having agreed with the representative that few tables will be put together in a dining room to allow the guests to sit together during breakfast it was not done and noone from the personnel was informed (the representative was away as this was weekend). The representative also informed me the the parking spaces for hotel guests are free of charge, which was obviously not true. Moreover, when one extra guest arrived I went to the reception desk to arrange an extra room for this person, a trainee present at the reception desk confirmed this was done, however when this guest arrived at the hotel no room was prepared - apparently noone from the hotel staff monitored the activities and duties of the trainee, who worked at the reception desk... Finally, several general remarks on the hotel quality: it is nearly impossible to reach reception desk on the phone, either the line is busy or noone picks it up. There is a hudge mess in a dining room during breakfast hours, it seems that the number of staff assigned to supervise breakfast is not sufficient to cover all the guest needs: coffee and milk are missing in the coffee machines, tea is missing too, there are no clean mugs left, empty food baskets not refilled, desoriented guests are waiting in long lines and hotel staff will not react untill spoken to. To summarise, this hotel offers disappointingly low quality of service and I do not recommend it to anyone willing to stay there for a longer period.
