Beautiful renovation. Very lipstick!
We were there for a conference with two kids and two dogs.
Each room was being heated with a space heater. They told us we should have known when we booked the room. Let s me repeat, A SPACE HEATER! Our room was either too hot or too cold! Awful for sleeping!
To top it off, we didn t have hot water for the entire duration of our stay. Luke warm showers for everyone! Had a very rude maintenance guy (let himself into our room) at our room 3 hours one day, told us it was fixed. It was not!
In case you re wondering, there was no discount offered for either of these inconvenience!
Maintenance told us that the hotel runs out of hot water during busy shower times! Perhaps this is something they should focus the renovations on?!
For what we paid to stay at this hotel with kids and dogs, we could have stayed at the banff springs... but maybe we would have had heat and hot water!
Unreal!
