When someone recommends a product to me, I always find time to do a bit of research about it. This is why before finalizing my order, I first called DaVinci s customer service rep to ask about the product and I m glad I did because I learned a lot. Hector was kind enough to answer all my questions, especially the ones about Miqro s features. I also asked him how sure he was that the Miqro would satisfy me, he said 100% sure because a lot of people have been leaving good feedback about the product.
