Today is the day I leave iinet after 7 years. I have been singing their praises to everyone in that time. Now since being taken over by totally pathetic groupies have had the worst experience ever, even worse than telstra - can you believe that? Consistently waiting over 50 minutes when calling "customer service", told will be called back and never have, even spoke with a "customer service" rep (csr) who said the previous csr did not exist (???). You have got to be kidding me! From a 5 start to a pathetic monstar. Sad but true.
