I've been an iiNet customer for a few years and never had any cause for complaint. I recently signed up for NBN when it became available in my street. My new modem/router thing was sent prior to my scheduled NBN installation. The installer came on time and connection was made in under 30min. Last week my service wasn't working and I contacted iiNet when I discovered it. The callback option was great as I couldn't sit around waiting for an operator to pick up. The issue wasnt able to be resolved over the phone and an NBN technical support team had to be sent as it was an external line issue, ( my line had been severed accidentally possibly by another technician connecting my neighbour's NBN). iiNet operators were very helpful and patiently talked me through the troubleshooting over the phone. I am confident in the service that they supply and when and if there is an issue it will be resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.
