We have had lots of Harvey windows for a long time. When one of the sashes came off its track during cleaning, I phoned the company. A very knowledgeable and friendly customer service person provided a video of how to fix the problem and personally walked us through how to raise the terminal housing back to the proper position and replace the sash successfully. He stayed on the line and was there to proffer good advice throughout the process. I felt very well cared for and was very glad to get the window properly closed against the winter weather.
