Had to go there to purchase a charger for my laptop. The staff were kind and courteous but I was not happy with the advice I received. The technician informed me that it would be better to purchase a new laptop and seemed to evade the preferences I was expressing. He eventually agreed to sell me a new charger and offered one at over a hundred dollars stating that the recommended one was no longer available. I bought it unhappily. A few days later I did a search and found that it was in fact widely available at $29.00. Be aware that the advice you get may not always be in your best interest.
