I wish I could give this airport zero stars but that's not an option. Let me take you on a journey. We arrived at CVG on Saturday July 14th to fly out to Florida, the lady checking bags told me I could absolutely not put my 2 year old in her carseat on the plane, even though the website for our airline clearly stated that she had to be in a carseat, they still made me check the carseat through baggage claim. When we flew back into CVG a week later, today, it took over an hour to get the baggage carrosole started. When a bag got stuck in the carrosole, the employees just watched as it got progressively more wedged in and then yelled and threatened security on the gentleman that tried to fix it. It then took 45 minutes for a man to walk up, tug on the bag loosely and walk away. And then another 30 minutes for a guy with a tool to show up. This place is ran like a joke. I will never fly CVG again.
