Very bad experience, the waitress who served us ,Karima. Was very rude. She didn't attempt to help us in any way when we asked for her assistance. We asked for very simple and not demanding request and in return we got nothing!

I went out with my family to this restaurant. I have to 2 siblings who have Austism, and they are very picky with their food. We were seated in a colder area of the restaurant. When we asked if the air conditioning could be turned down. Our waitress gave us a snappy coment and did nothing. We arrived at the restaurant at around 2:30, the happy hour special was at 3. We asked the waitress about any specials and she failed to mention the 3 o'clock happy hour. The kids menu is beyond ridiculous! They do not allow flexibility with the kids menu. Making it very difficult to order. When we asked a simple questions about the menu she was very defense and rude. She didn't attempt to suggest any other similar recommentions.

Because of this, we left the restaurant in a very disappointed and shooked state of mind. Due to their awful serves. My brother left the restaurant crying and he ended up having a full panic attack. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone
