DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is a joke. This place doesn't even deserve one star. Words cannot express how disappointed and frustrated I am in this hotel. When I arrived at your doorstep at 11:45 pm tired and exhausted, I was expecting an efficient service. After standing in line for 2 hours, there was finally a person that checked us in. Here comes another problem, with 3 people, we reserved two double beds but theres only a king room available. All other rooms were out! This is ridiculous! Service was slow, and it seems like the associates did not know what they were doing. The disappointment does NOT end there. Reaching our room, the sheets were not clean, and the restroom sink is clogged. How does this hotel even operate? You cant call yourself a hotel. I checked out the next morning and booked a real hotel. I booked my room through cancelon and have to go through them to get my money back but it's been over a week and half and i'm still trying to get my money back. NEVER AGAIN!
