Staff was friendly & helpful. Room we had was outdated but huge. Tub/shower dripped/ran even when shut off & had almost zero water pressure and heat only worked on depths of hell setting. But the staff were helpful enough to crack the window a bit to help get the room to a comfortable temperature. Definitely not the best place that weve stayed at but was good enough for staying over for the night after a game at the Garden.
