Very good and experienced vets there... unfortunately, the time management of the clinic is extremely bad... made appointment but have to wait for 2 hours and the reason they gave was today got a lot of walk-ins ... so it seems like priority is given to the walk-in instead of those who made appointment... in the end, the vet only attended to our pet for 10mins after the 2hr wait...
