Hi , Since last September 2014 I provide the entire document to renew my kids Medical insurances and until now nothing happen, my wife and I went to the office of department of social service they keep saying we resaved the documents and someone will broses it soon and it s been 5 months I had to cancel my kids dentins appointment and doctor appointment too. I just want to know how long going to take.
If someone can help me I will provide you with the document.
