Your front desk woman is highly unprofessional and rude. Covid does not give you a reason to be rude to patients family. I will be writing a letter to the president of your organization as this is highly unexceptionable behavior! Your employees represent your business and medical office. This is not a great start to our visit with your facility. My wife is having surgery today. It s a shame your rudeness made her uncomfortable and stressed before this surgery. This is unreal and I am so upset over this. I hope this gets to the right person!
