Overall, it was not a pleasant experience and I won't likely make another order.

The Alex Waldbart process is very efficient and they have a lovely selection of flowers. Actually, everything went well until I requested some changes made to the arrangement, at which point our relationship abruptly fell off a cliff. I accept it is a touchy subject, but I did not insult anyone's professional capability. And the florist's response and subsequent action I still don't appreciate.
