If I could give Genz negative stars, I would. Last year they sent out a tech for routine maintenance. Ten minutes afrer he left, my brand new AC stopped working. After suffering a heated day/night, it was fixed. This year I advised them somethimg was wrong with the AC as it was drawing significant electricity. They sent out a tech, fresh out of school and unaccompanied by anyone, who failed to diagnose anything. When he left, it took 12 hours to cool 4 degrees. They returned - this time a more senior, very knowledgeable tech and found the coolant to be low. They fixed the leak, recharged/filled and left. I had my ducts cleaned shortly thereafter by another company. They advised me my blower motor was filthy and needed cleaning! I just paid Genz to have that done! Once again, I had to call and have them return to complete something I already paid to have done! If you choose Genz, do so at your own peril. Make sure they do not train their techs alone and at your expense...or better yet - go elsewhere. The tech who returned twice for damage control was awesome...but 2 out of three isnt great success. Im moving on
