The technician, Alex was great to work with. Friendly, professional, and was very clean. However when I called the office to ask questions about my bill, I have yet to get a callback after 3 attempts.

Edit: Updating to 5 stars. I received a callback from a customer service manager named Jeff, and we were able to discuss everything. Very nice guy, courteous, professional, and willing to listen. I will absolutely use Genz-Ryan again.
