Just bought a new car from Ken. I got in contact with Ken through a member of my family who worked with him before. Even though it was Ken s day off he came in to help me out. Ken provided me with the absolute top tier service! He helped me pick out a car that was in my budget and helped explain so many details to me. After that I spoke with John in finance and helped explain the break down in great detail of my payments. John was extremely helpful in explaining the importance of GAP coverage as well as their additional packages. Finally I spoke with Cherish about registering my vehicle and she gave me top tier service as well. Overall I spent maybe 2 hours completing my purchase and I would consider all these people to be friends with how prestigious their service was. Even though I live a crossed town and the Toyota dealership by me isn t as friendly, I will still refer friends and family to come here and seek help from this people. Give these people a raise because they deserve it!!
