The team I worked with were absolutely amazing. They made the process easy and definitely not the craziness you hear horror stories about. My work schedule is crazy but Jon always made sure that he answered any question I had almost immediately regardless of time. There was constant contact, no guessing as to what was going on. They were very knowledgeable, caring and always stayed on top of everything. Highly recommend Sun American and would definitely use them again. They truly made my first time buying a home effortless.
