For the second consecutive year I stayed with my lady in this establishment ... While last year we were quite happy with the stay, this year really not ... Starting from the superior room much more expensive than the "normal" one last year but about 1/3 less big ... We found dirty towels on the 1st day and the concierge kindly replaced them immediately ... The second day at 5pm the room was still to be cleaned but an attendant was there this gently for 15 minutes has settled ... the price was including access to the lounge where you can enjoy the drinks and flavored water machine ... Too bad that the stocks of the disappeared mysteriously in the night and in the morning my partner could only drink hot water! In addition, the coffee machine on the last day produced only mud !!! The flavored water I never could drink because I never found the distributor full ... or even 1/10 full ... The staff explanation was the following: since we had happened in a particular week where there is they were a lot of dance events, the hotel was populated with drugged and drunk guys! And these individuals, during the night, needing to hydrate themselves, looted everything they could drink! Apart from this story and that of the towels we could not even complain because in order to talk to the staff you had to tag along at reception where there were at least 4 or 5 stations but only 1 or 2 occupied by professionals ... I gave it 2 stars only because inside the structure there is a 50's style bar where you can eat excellent burgers and fries .. And the manager is really nice and kind!
