Poor costumer service.
I'm rating 1 star because I can't rate 0 star.
I used Transferwise for an urgent transfer to Brazil. I sent several emails as my transfer was delayed and taking over a week. Never got a reply. I transfered the money throught a different company and canceled my transfer with Transferwise. Hoping to get the money refunded to my initial account as I'll be cancelling my account with them. Couldn't be more useless!
