Well, let me start by saying I am a huge fan of Marriott hotel. I use them for work all of the time. I used my points to bring my daughter and her friend snowboarding in SLC. Checking in I asked for a cart for my luggage. The agent said there should be one at the elevator and to call if there wasn't one. Thirty-srconds later I called because there wasn't one And she put.me on hold for over 5 minutes. When I got to the room, there was no bedding for the pull out and it was obviously not made. I called and said I was going to the store and asked if they could make up the bed. The agent said she would have it taken care of while I was out. When I returned, my key no longer worked. When I got to the desk, I again had to wait while she checked someone in (a quick question to me would have had this taken care of in 30 sec). When I got into.the room, the bedding was on a table and the pull out not made. I called back and said it wasn't made. She said someone would be right there. No one came and about an hour later they delivered the pillows I had asked for with the bedding. Our keys have had to be reset multiple times. I also asked the agent to have her manager contact me. Four days later, no contact. By a large margin, the absolute worst service I have EVER received from Marriott hotels. Of, course it had to happen when I had my family with me. I would look for other accommodations if you stay near Cottonwood Heights
