I was very disappointed with the service at ifa binz. First an unfriendly lady at the reception. Then accommodation in the adjoining building, which I found totally unfavorable with a small child at the time of year. And unfortunately we noticed that all families with children were evacuated and the pensioners were in the main building. So we couldn't use the swimming pool properly and the play facilities.
The cleaning staff was at our room in the afternoon when we wanted to take a break, which I found very bad. We had to make our extra bed alone.
At the breakfast buffet there was only mass processing and when we wanted to eat something for lunch there was nothing in the hotel. We were very disappointed with your hotel. Unfortunately this had nothing to do with family friendliness.
