I really love the museums in Los Angeles. The city has a real wealth of quality but in my opinion LACMA is the top. It doesn't have the architectural unification of Getty Center but its diversity is its beauty. The same can be said of the collections. Wonderful and diverse.
Also shares space with the La Brea Tar Pits, Page Museum and Peterson is across the street. I believe a metro station is being opened soon which will be great for those of us who would like to take the train.
