Good points:

Good points:
- Convenient location
- Nice amenities
- Nice suites
- Nice front lobby

but other than that, this place sucks.

1. Management team - They employ a bunch of people to look after the leasing office and the front desk during the day - more people than anywhere else I have stayed for work. Most of them are friendly and professional, but usually not actually helpful in terms of getting things done.

Example #1 - I requested a parking pass and they said it would be ready the next day (I needed it in 2 days), and I finally got it after 7 days and after a lot of inquiring. Turned out it was ready before but it was mislabeled and between the staff members they didn't communicate properly so all this time I've been asking all the different people about it, no one knew what was going on and looked at me like I was crazy.

Example #2 - They keep misplacing my packages (happened on multiple occasions). One package they 'misplaced' was my surprise Valentine's gift. It was a surprise so I wasn't supposed to know, but because they misplaced it I had to justify that there IS a package for me, somewhere, which felt terrible as a surprise gift recipient. Another time, they didn't sign for my package (one of their services is supposed to be to sign for your packages when you're out), so mailman took it back, took it to some facility, and it got permanently lost.

When you come home to this after 16-hour work days, this kind of incompetence really doesn't get funny anymore.

2. Stairwell - It's not done. Exposed drywall. Exposed pipes. Dust balls everywhere. Trash everywhere. It's gross. I'd figure anyone living below 5th floor may take the stairs down at least sometimes, and everyone would have to use it in case of fire, and it is not a maintenance room or garbage room, so they really should actually finish the work on it. I am guessing they figured "oh, what we need to market to the masses is done, let's save some $$$ on these unimportant parts" - well, this building is not a giant advertisement with which to lure more tenants; it's a place in which your tenants actually LIVE so invest some money in quality and detail.

3. Parking - When you live on the 2nd floor and have to walk up to the 3rd floor and then drive down 1 additional floor to get down, it feels weird.

4. Configuration - You will get lost in this building in your first week living here. You can't access certain rooms unless you go up to the 5th floor then go up or down after. Confusing configuration is OK with me because I can read maps. My complaint here is that they don't even have maps. I navigated using the partial maps shown in the fire escape signs.

Also hallways looks like college dorms. I guess it's the design and lighting. Just looks cheap. Hallway carpet shows stains.

5. Elevators - Really slow. Always breaks.

6. The smell - Some of the common areas smell like Subway (which takes up a small space on street level). Right now the hallway of my floor and my suite smells like fresh toxic paint and I don't know why because as far as I know no one repainted my suite.

If I could use one word to describe 360 Residences, it would be "sloppy" - for the price the tenants pay to live here, they really could paid more attention to the details of the building and the building management processes.
