We purchased our Explorer through Baxter and Ryan and Bill helped us through the whole process. We we wanted custom things in our car and they made sure that they were included. They also gave us a great price for our trade in and helped us to get a rebate as well. I would go through them again. I would say the sales department is great, but the service department needs some major improvements. They are very confused every time we have been there.
