I had a very good experience ordering new LVT flooring for a family room and having all the hardwood floors refinished. No complaints at all, it all couldn't have been better. From choosing the flooring & wood finish stain color in the showroom, to the installation & cleanup; it was all a very smooth experience. All the employees I dealt with, were pleasant and efficient.
