Stayed here a few times before, always a great experience with no complaints however this April 2017 had a couple hiccups. We happened to be walking beside the hotel and witnessed valet drive by in our vehicle in a very disrespectful and aggressive manner. Reported this to valet, front desk and manager. Complaint was acknowledged and compensated. Before this happened we observed our washroom being cleaned and then the beds were made with the same pair gloves. Complaint was acknowledged, compensated and later followed with a phone call to reassure us that this is not how Marriott conducts business. Things we just happened to observe at those particular times. Pool/hot tub/fitness center/M Lounge were all great.
