We just leased our 2015 Nissan Rogue from Nicole. She was very nice and accommodating. I thought that this was one of the best dealerships we ever bought our car from. Oh boy I have made a mistake!!! One month later I found out that dealer forgot to ground the car we traded in. They also "accidentally " forgot to pay for it. As a result my credit score was severely damaged. I called them and was told that someone would call me back. For several hours there was no phone call. After day at work I was forced to go to the dealership to talk to someone in person. I was told that they were very busy this is why they did not call me. Within 10 minutes of me being there the finance manager looked at the deal and confirmed that they forgot to ground my old car and pay for it. Now I have to wait for around least 15 day for my credit score to be corrected. In conclusion I am giving my sales person five stars, but for the rest of the dealership one star is too much.
