I had a mostly bad experience with this dealership...

I had a mostly bad experience with this dealership, but only now is it coming to light--the good: the sales person didn't push me. The bad? When I bought my 2015 Prius-C, the sales person told me he "just had new tires" put on. False! I just got my car back from a service visit and the service folks almost laughed when I asked if my tires were new. So that is disappointing--I would've pushed the sales person on it, but who would lie about something like that? I didn't think I had to require "proof" of something he literally offered without me even asking. He assured me the tires were brand new, so I was like, cool! New tires! Nope.

My other "bad" experience also came to light as a result of a service visit. When I bought the car, I noticed a large rock crack in the windshield. I asked the sales person if he would have the windshield replaced--he said he checked with service, and they promised him that they repaired it to the point it WOULD NOT CRACK FURTHER. Well, that appears to have been a lie, too--on my actual sales receipt, also from Mark Miller Toyota, it specifically states that the windshield is not secure and the crack is likely to spread and I need to get my windshield replaced!!! What?!?! I am so disappointed that Mark Miller Toyota employs sales people who will OUTRIGHT lie to you, especially when their branding and marketing tries every which way to Sunday to convince you they won't do that. Super, super disappointed. I will never work with this dealership again. I will continue to work with the service department because they have been honest and forthright so far.
