We were using an outdated POS that was extremely limited and unable to work the way we needed it. Now, with Lightspeed Retail and eCom, our inventory is all synced to give us a great website, inventory is synced with Reverb and eBay, work tickets and Purchase orders have never been easier, and our customers are happier!
