Totally disappointed with both the service and communications with this service provider. Installation took 3-4 tries to finally install (one time was due to weather so not their fault) & two times bad scheduling. The installer did not test after installation and was another 2 weeks without service and only offered 1 day of credit. No one offered to do anything to make the billing right nor to salvage a customer. Not expecting anything for free but I do expect to get service for my money!!!
