We had a terrible time with CGHC in 2015. Spent many, many hours trying to get billing issues solved. We finally contacted the insurance comissioner and the CEO of the company. After very stern phone conversations we finally got it straightened out. We wanted to switch carriers for 2016, however, this is all that was available for our needs. So far this year we really haven't had any claims. BTW, we are still waiting for our federal tax refund due to a mess up on our subsidy credit, it is the middle of August!!! I would proceed with caution. As they say, "you don't know how good (or) bad your insurance is, until you file a claim" Word of advice, STAY HEALTHY
