First of all the stay was nice, but then the problems started when they billed my company and me, see this review posted on other sites as well; Wow - that is 3 hours of my life i will not get back, was charged $841.18 for a room they say they have no record of me staying in and therefore they cannot reverse the charge? Does that make any sense at all? Hilton Honors email and chat support both said go to the hotel - hotel does not answer the phone, even got the chat person to try and call she could not get through either - said to try back Monday - really waste another day on this? This is pure FRAUD and someone needs to step up and take care of it, I am left with no choice but to dispute the charges. If you have had similar experience please let me know and comment here!
