Easy to make a reservation and never had issues with the reservation but watch out if you have to make a change because it is impossible to get a refund even if reservation does not have restrictions. I have been trying to get a refund for 2 nights for 5 months. In the beginning they were quick to respond to my inquiries but now they will not respond to phone calls or emails.
