Rudest staff ever encountered in a hotel and I've been to alot of em. Manager was extremely abrasive and when questioned about her attitude politely, she just called security where Patrick here tried to assault me and repeatedly grabbed for my phone. Never got rude loud or aggressive in any manner with them. They will be getting my calls to corporate.
