Hired them for fitness training to match a golf swing. Paid $800 for part of a day session, left with not a great idea of how the "golf move" exercises match my swing. Worked hard for 2 months then booked another session so he could show me my swing and relate that to the many "golf moves". I drove 3 hours each way from Tampa. The very first thing was they did not work details on the current exercises but said "we are going to change a few things" then started showing me new exercises, not applying to my swing again. We broke for lunch, then I went into golf lab, and rather than them showing me the information I asked for they spent time having me hit drivers. No new information. Then the coach did not show up for the afternoon session, left me sitting for over an hour. When he did make himself available he rushed me through a few more exercises with his "get er' done" attitude, like just move me through and get me out the door. I'm not going to win the US Open so whatever. I was then contacted by the swing coach, and I was still trying to keep a good attitude so I spoke to him, but I told him I would buy 10 private lessons if and only if they outlined the swing that worked for me during the first lesson with key check points. THEY AGREED IN WRITING. Then came lesson time, the "coach" wanted to sit in so they could run their bait and switch, they had no intention in showing me a full picture where we were going as I requested. After $2000 the comment was "I can show you a couple back swing positions". That was it, enough, they never listened, I drove crazy hours to work with them then agreed to work over computer, and they broke every promise. Con artists.
