I had my furnace serviced by Jon Presutti. He was on time and called me prior to arriving at my house. He was friendly and performed the service call informing me of what he was doing and answering all my questions. He was neat and efficient and I appreciated his help. I don t usually write reviews but when someone does a good job it should be acknowledged.
