Hotel looks nice aesthetically. My parens came here for a conference. The hotel was supposed to have the available conference room price for all nights of the event. However they said they would only honor the first night at the event price. They wanted to sell nights 3-5 at a skyrocketed price becuse those suites were not available at the conference price. Patrons should not be punished for the hotel giving out (double-booking) rooms when a conference is taking place at their hotel. Very unrofessional and inconvenient.
